How does one not know the military ethics when you're the President of the US??  Doesn't any of his people tell him these things?

So it doesn't strike you as odd or poor taste that an Atheist organization has singled out a women to only donate money too during the time of a natural disaster because she is an Atheist?    So if a Christian organization decided to send money only to other Christians you would be ok with that?
