Anyone who's ever hung out with a grandparent or great-grandparent has experienced the amazing nap anywhere ability many times. Morgan's paid plenty of dues in his life, so he's earned the right to nap whenever he likes; just like our beloved family members.

A complete FAIL by lawmakers. I can only hope cooler heads prevail and that the law is rewritten with better wording to address the constituents true concerns.
