I find it funny that this article pretty much eliminates anything homemade.  Don't use homemade, it's bad for you!  Better get the factory stuff, you know the mashed potatoes with 52 ingredients in it instead of the one you made at home with (real) potatoes, cream, salt and maybe some cheese.  Yeah makes sense.
