People seem to be forgetting that a tow truck driver impounded the car....they person we should be mad at is the tow truck driver for not bothering to make sure the car was empty before sitting out to rot.   Yes, the pet owners are idiots...but the last person with custody of the car was the tow truck driver.

When I eat out, I always pay for the dinner with my card but leave the tip in cash.   If you put the tip on your card, the server will get taxed on it;  it really ticks me off that servers are "immune" from minimum wage requirements.  I give them cash tips at every opportunity.
