What I've seen is usually called "reverse discrimination". I've seen less-talented, less-qualified, less-credentialed people given opportunities/promotions that could only have been based upon their sex and/or race.

You're absolutely right about workplace discrimination. Smart, hard-working people with good attitudes are hired and promoted over dumb jerks every time.
Except in union and government shops...
OK, so what do the Smart Money people do with all the cash they're raking in? It must be hundreds of billions of dollars per year?
The stock market is at pretty much an all-time high. If that money is so smart, why isn't it invested in the stock market?
