OK, so what do the Smart Money people do with all the cash they're raking in?  It must be hundreds of billions of dollars per year?   The stock market is at pretty much an all-time high.  If that money is so smart, why isn't it invested in the stock market?

If the "Smart Money" were always selling, wouldn't they run out of stuff to sell?
