EPA investigating Ford hybrids for milea...

Easily.  When ABC company has an auditing firm perform an audit on their "numbers" the company(doing the audit) is using someone else's data. The EPA needs to test more than just 15% of all new cars per year. The auto makers also need to stop bloating their numbers as well.
