Forget the safety deposit box.  Buy a big gun safe and bolt it down.  Your going to need the gun safe anyway.

Workers who faithfully contribute into their 401k plan and just leave it alone are doing much better than people that think they can time the market.  Maybe one day the stock market will make sense and follow earnings and growth potential,  but for now the market is rigged and I have my 401K money in a stable fund.  So...more
