So the editor of a finance magazine thinks everyone should be forced to invest in the stock market. Fancy that.  Of course, one can't expect Joe Q. Average to manage his own life--or his 401K (which is managed by some company his employer picks out of a hat full of losers who make trades just to jack up their bill)....more
