Totally agree on your prediction of Best Buy failure.  I have been surprised at how long they have stayed.  Their biggest problem is CUSTOMER SERVICE or the lack thereof.  If you you have an issue try calling their Pakistan help line.  They will wear you down until you give up.  I had one encounter and that is all I ne...more

Best Buy cancels orders, angers customer...

I have been in Best Buy one time and quickly figured out what they are all about.  It has amazed me that Best Buy has stayed in business as long as it has.  Customer service is not something they understand.   Just shop somewhere else.  Problem solved.
