My dog pouts as I get ready for work every morning. He lays on the bed and stares up at me with his chin on the mattress.  If I talk to him or pet him, he won't wag his tail. This is highly unusual behavior compared to the greeting and affection that I get from him any other time.

I don't think that stealing of any sort is funny. When people steal, they make others pay for it. Prices and rates will be raised. Not too funny for honest folks.
