Worst ever...had their mortgage side and credit card side...no longer and never again...worst customer service  I've ever had to deal with.

Dear disgusted...please see my posting below and the replies.  It really hurts to be categorized in the way folks do when you run in to problems. We were in the same boat as you...I am sorry you are still in it...but BoA will suck everything out of you they can, and then foreclose....from one that has been there.

We lost ours...thank you BoA...tried for 1 1/2 years...they kept making promises, and we kept borrowing money to make the payment while my husband was ill and unemployed for 2 years! Not until I finally said I would not make another payment until I got an answer....the same phone call, "sorry you don't qualify..your in...more

They screwed with us for over a year trying to do a modification...until ​ I finally stopped paying, the next month they told me I didn't qualify...I borrowed for a year to keep them up to date....one dept had no idea what the other dept was doing...I ended up in bankruptcy, they get my house.
