Kids dont have a choice on their social status or wealth until an older age. regardless of the history, we the government should not be in this position, loan more money to people or companies that have millions/billions in debt, sounds great.  Every state has multi millions in debt not counting washington.  SOUNDS LIKE THERE ISNT ANY PROBLEMS TO ME
