If she doesn't want to abide by the laws of the state she needs to do one of two things--try to have law changed while still obeying the law or get her butt out of Oregon and head to a homophobic state to do here business.

And what if she refused service to a Jewish couple, an African American couple, a Muslim couple, an Asian couple?  The law is there for a reason.

I would have used the floor in the restroom.  I also would have a diaper bag with a small blanket. There was such a time there were no changing tables in restrooms. Never ever would I have changed one of my babies in such a public place.
