Tim: Agree with all of the above. Our 2 daughters gradauted from Melbourne Uni and RMIT respectively. Both unis are excellent and tuition half of private uni in USA. One of them is waiting for her PR.

I disagree with retiring in Australia due to immigration requirements. Singapore is a good selection but it takes an awful lot of money to survive as foreigner. Thailand id doable and so is Belize.
