Not sure where you live, Randall, but not all Subways wait till 9:00 a.m. to open. My sister owns three Subways in the general vicinity where I live and they all open in the 6 to 7 a.m. hour range. (depending on location) (We live in a tri-state area, her three Subways are in two of these states).
