It's a Central Bank without validity. They can print ad nauseum but Japan doesn't have any way of backing what it's printing. I'm not going to pay anything for something that doesn't have value.
If the QE went to Main Street instead of Wall Street as it should have from Day One, our best would have enterprises with legs and capable of supporting people back into the mainstream, no matter how lost they got. All we got is rot now.
