@retiredyeah Define stood up to the community. What would they have done that you needed to stand up to them? Recurring death threats, stalking and threats to burn your house down would all be police matters, and it should be easy for the police to catch someone that is stalking you. I'm sure JCP knows that the majority of their shoppers are not gay, but most straights are open minded enough to deal with gays in their ads once in a while. Doing the right thing is never a bad thing, and representing all of their customers in their ads is the right thing.
What was so ridiculous about the Father's Day Ad? All I saw was a couple of guys with a couple of kids on the page. I doubt you would have even noticed if someone had not pointed out that the guys were gay. Did the ad cause you harm in some way?
