Talk about a false analogies…. I shouldn’t question a 6% RE commission because waitresses get 15%?  Oh, come on. There were some good points in the article, but… Don’t be a cheapskate? Give me a break. We have a market that has fallen around 30% in the last couple of years, and may fall at least another 10% before it’s done. There are many homes priced at what they were worth a while back - at least 50k more than they’re worth no...more

Blame Walmart. Yes, I shop at Walmart, but disagree with their extreme early-opening decisions. I was satisfied with stores opening 5 or 6 AM to give black Friday customers an early start.
