drug testing should be a requirement to receive any assistance from the state. You have to have a drug test for a job, so why not gov. assistance

Make drug testing a requirement for  food stamps and see how many would still be eligible and no it is not a violation of your rights. A job with the state requires you to pass a drug test, and if you are getting help from the state, you have a job with the state.

Our military has to work thanksgiving, christmas, and all other holdiays.why should be wal-mart be any different. I have been working since I was 16 years old, and unfortunately I have had to work Most holidays. we just have a later or an earlier dinner.
