Great information.  Being an educated investor both in Real Estate and the market; I speak from a great deal of experience.  There is no magic bullet.  Diversification is best.  Life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, real estate all have their place.  Indexed funds have not performed as well as managed...more
