The same can be said of alcohol.    I agree that most people should not be using it.  I don't.  But making it illegal doesn't work any more than making alcolhol illegal worked.  It just wastes a LOT of money and accomplishes nothing.   As you said, you have seen your friends and aquaintances use it "time and again...more
