I work for an electrical manufactures rep. agency, we represent 12 different manufactures. When I started in the business in '96, ALL of the companies we represented had plants in the USA. I'm not sure what type of spending habits this guys has, but shouldn't the credit card company have stopped the transaction from happening, due to the amount & unusual activity on the account? Nevertheless, I'm with epononymous, he could have gotten an awesome hooker for $600!
