Question of "would you take a $38 cruise" is inaccurate, since the cruise cost far more than $38.  When read details, it's $38 per night.  IF can't get single room for simply $38, must pay double, plus cruise is 3 nights, then usually added to that 6 X figure are port fees, taxes, etc., question vastly misleading.
