Does Cain's 9-9-9 tax plan add up?

Tax code aside it is obvious that Washington and Congress needs to be revamped... How bout we limit laws to just include the issue being addressed.  If we need seat belts in School Buses for example, that is all the law addresses. No other safety issues no other education issues and No Special Interest additions. Ke...more
