These things would not happen if people would just comply with requests from an officer. I know plenty of people that have "been there done that". If you comply and they beat your ****, then you might have a case.

Saturated? Definitely not saturated in my area. There are plenty of foreclosures on the market, but most of them are fixer crap. Don't even get me started on short sales. Seller's market all the way at the moment.
