Geesh. Anyone out there surprized to see this?
WHY exactly would anyone really think that raising the taxes on the rich would much, if at all, affect their spending patterns or amounts? Hogwash.

2400 saved by age 6? Gonzo!
Please. Why do we have to get bombarded by this crappola? WHAT kid aged 0 - 6 does anything that nets that child 2400 bucks? I mean hey, that kid could have been paid an allowance of about 8 bucks per week FOR LIFE to 6 to "save" that amount.

@bearbry...; " There has been no fund or account that they "payed into for at least 50 years! Your checks are funded by the current generations salary taxes. That's why S.S. is an entitlement because it's funded by a salary tax. So you Seniors can stop playing stupid now."

Hey! DON'T steal anything, and not from your children!
What part of your Social Security program did you not understand going into it? Did you not agree up front that you would pay in part of your pay FOR LIFE? Did you NOT expect that the "pay-back" for paying this FICA tax all your working life was that YOU...more
