Why Amazon is crushing Best Buy

I stopped going to Best Buy after I was hounded by over aggressive salespeople trying to sell me a product warranty on EVERYTHING.  Do they really think I am going to purchase an extended warranty for a $99 DVD player that will be obsolete in a year?
