The categories in reference to hurricanes refer to wind speed. They don't take into account flooding or anything else. Why don't you come up here and live through a northeastern blizzard and then tell me who the pu*sy is.

It's because of the 24 hour news that you think that. It used to be a hurricane would hit Florida and unless you had the TV on at 5PM or 11PM you didn't know about it.
