I tend to agree Jdubs, Vanguard does not advertise and is owned by its investors so the clientele could potentially be more sophisticated than say Fidelity clientele whos assets are made up of 401k and IRA plans.

It depends how risk averse you are and how much volatility you are willing to accept, but mid-cap and small-cap index funds have outperformed most blue chip index funds such as the S&P500.

If the market is efficient, which in the long term it is, then there is no need for common sense investors to pay mutual fund managers a premium for what an index fund can accomplish for cheaper and with greater returns.

Flat Abs Fast—No Crunches! -

To get abs you have to do more cardio than anything, even folks with fat around their stomach have abs, its just a matter of getting rid of the fat.  Stomach exercises only make them more pronounced.
