Oops, did I say top 5 had huge incomes?  Only New Orleans with 48K was below 60K and you couldn't pay me to live there.  One of the most hateful cities I have ever been to and I should know as my dad lived there for 22 years.

Did anyone notice the average Incomes in these cities???  Most Americans make 40K but many of these cities, especially the top 5 or so make 60 to 90 K.  I couldn't begin to afford them.

Get the police involved???  I tried for 2 years with no help, when my senior relative was scammed out of his life savings a cop told me "He can give his money to anyone he wants!"  How's that for help.  The FBI had an interest after the fact but the money was gone forever by that time.  All those years I was treated as...more
