Don't go to the store when hungry. There is fish that is safer then other.  Farm raised is not healthy.  Fish caught farther out in the ocean like Alaskan wild salmon is healthier. So know your foods when buying organic.

Seriously, there is a company that grows their own specialty rices without having lead and or arsenic in it.  It is all Organic, believe it or not.   Google:  Lotus Foods.   Some Natural Food stores sell it locally also.  Look for it.

I think there are more serious things to consider than kids wearing mohawks!  Does the school not have  anything better to do?  What is a school's objective?  To teach kids, or to .....?   Teach them to make the right choices that does not harm to anyone or themselves.  What harm does a mohawk do ?
