It is difficult enough to grocery shop as a senior citizen, when people in Congress do not have any idea what the elderly go through. So they want to cut Soc. Sec., and programs that feed the elderly.

Don't go to the store when hungry.
There is fish that is safer then other.
Farm raised is not healthy.
Fish caught farther out in the ocean like Alaskan wild salmon is healthier.
So know your foods when buying organic.
Seriously, there is a company that grows their own specialty rices without having lead and or arsenic in it. It is all Organic, believe it or not.
