Why would a male be better off in a trade and a female in the health field? Females can be in the trades and males can be in the health care industry. This is the 21st century.
I eat for about $5 per day and have for a few years now. Even within that budget, I am able to eat lots of organic foods. I probably eat a lot less meat than the average American though.
I use cloth diapers and wash them myself in a coin operated machine in the basement of my apartment building. In my area, Washington DC, diaper service costs about the same as disposable diapers.
