ALL americans were banned from going to cuba right now but jzzzz and bouncy can go on an educational trip??? are they now teachers? otherwise that trip would be just as educational for you or I as it is them but we couldn't go if we wanted to.

sorry Yak Yak you and Al are both right! USPS has UPS ship some of there express packages on their planes since the USPS doesn't have any air transport of their own, in exchange USPS delivers (to the houses) a bunch of UPS's packages for them. Stuff that UPS doesn't need signatures for.

just how much do you really think a mail carrier makes! a waitress at an average resturant make way more than a mail carrier. and the old carriers that started a long time ago had good benifits. your mail lady honks her horn because you have a dog...maybe you are just a jerk and she won't go out of her way for someone like you. as for wrong mail. lets see you sort around 10,000 pieces of mail to 800 address most of which have 2 or 3 differant last names to each. now remember the couple of first names that move...more

As I read some of these comments is seems funny that 90% of you have no idea what is really going on. forst the USPS is not a goverment agency. They get NO money from the goverment. They are "overseen by a congessional committee" USPS pays into a retirement fund that the government makes them pay more then they should....more

The post office is not funded by the goverment....the postoffice is funding part of the goverment. govenment owes over 70 billion in over paymentsto the P.O. but will only pay back in small amounts at a time and will not stop the ovepayments from coming in.
