It doesn't matter who its marketed toward you have to be a certain age to buy and 13 isn't it.  The responsibility of this childs death falls on that person not the drink maker I see a frivolous lawsuit in the works!!

I haven't seen a raise in 5 years and my health insurance premiums go up every year and the coverage goes down doesn't seem to matter I guess if your retired or not its all going downhill
