Mr. Eye candy doesn't understand heathcare at all. The Portable healthcare Act was really a conservative idea to reduce cost. Mr. Eye hasn't studied Healthcare for decades. If you did, you would know for decades the cost has exceeded inflation and the cost is double that of Europe while the service isn't all that good....more
