Interesting (and very anecdotal) numbers from a client that I am working with that owns a gym:
Living Social for Group Classes at a very steep discount (~65% off the normal price for a class pack).
217 signed up (which means they paid). 63 used either all or partial punch card (most partial and only 1 or 2 class...more
I'm happy with the Netflix streaming and one DVD at a time. The 28-56 day wait doesn't bother me that much. I have enough of a life that it doesn't come to a crashing halt if I can't get a DVD a day after it's release. I don't pay $60+ for cable any longer.

I paid it off in 28 months (took on extra work) and have been car payment free since. My wife graduated and we paid cash for her car.
Instead of getting a car loan for 48 months at what ever the pr...more

You can make any claim you would like, but you HAVE to back it up with real, statistical data. You can't.
Credit Card companies would like for everyone to believe that the customers who pay off the cards in full every month are not profitable.
That is pure bunk. Remember all the merchant fees you are generating every time you swipe your card. That is ~1.7-2.5 percent plus a per diem rate of ~$0.20 regardless of purchase a...more
