I'm guessing they meant the stump from the umbilical cord which sometimes doesn't fall off for a long time. (My oldest son's didn't fall off until he was 6 weeks old)

There is a Costco and a Sam's Club within 10 minutes of each other where I live. We have a Sam's Club membership.
