All the banks meet criteria 1 to 4 plus their fees are absurd. Way to go is a Credit Union. They now offer almost all services banks do, have lower fees, higher interest and loans and mortgages  at lower rates. Switched 2 years age have not had one reason to regret.

Internet sales are skyrocketing and many sellers are big time operators. They should pay income tax like everybody else or their free ride ends up on everybody elses back. The occasional seller will still fly under the radar. Remember internet sellers are mostly not pay the taxes that small retailers pay.

If you buy something (as in stock) and sell it only the increase in value (gain) is taxable as income. I hope you don't do your own taxes cause the IRS would love you !
