In any area you will find merchants who pay cash for food stamps ... then the cash is used for drugs, booze, and a good time.

Why not dump illegals from the rolls and give those on welfare (like the gang that set off the bombs) jobs like cleaning the highways... that clan was able bodied... and there are millions more like them many of whom take jobs and pay under the table while getting food stamps, free phones, rent paid, unemployment, etc....more
