Funny thing is the article clearly mentions the way around the ban on incandescent bulbs..  How many of you even noticed it?  Most of the energy from incandescent lights is heat, approx 90% which then makes an incandescent bulb a wonderful mini heater, high efficiency!  So just buy you some mn heater bulbs and move on....more
