If equality existed there would be no need for the UNCF. If there was equality minorities would be included not excluded so it was formed out of need not out of prejudice.

Short hair on a woman doesn't make her any less of a woman and frankly not all woman can pull it off and look fabulous! Men that love and think that we are beautiful are men that are not hung up on an ancient idea that long hair is more feminine. We pixie girls are fabulous and fierce!
