This story is so sad and it is absolutely rediculous that they would humiliate a customer that way. Something is seriously wrong here. Whooo hoooo! I love this change as I am not a fan of "self checkout" . Like others I feel it is grossly impersonal and does away with someone's job. Bringing back good customer service is the best thing a business can do.
