tsk tsk tsk, bulletbob...IF you had bothered to check, 3 of 5 of the top cities are run by democrats and 2 of the 5 worst are run by republicans.  But, why let the facts diminish your POV?

All the vitriol about democrat run cities.  If anyone of the haters cared to check, 3 of the 5 BEST cities in this study are run by democrats -- and 2 of the WORST run cities are by republicans.  Just shows that some don't care to have their mindless ideology confused by facts.
