For me, the real problem with the Today show recently isn't the hosts, it's the fact that the segments seemed rushed and the guests are hurried.  I don't feel that anything they do is given any depth.  I like Ann Curry and Savannah Guthrie, but until the stories are given more than a "tweet", I'll watch something else....more
