You should heard what Tom Mabe I believe it was, did to one telemarketer once.  They called him to sell him a satellite system.  He pretended he was the homicide detectives investigating the person's murder, and turned the telemarketer into a suspect in the death, while quizzing the guy on how he knew the person he was...more

If the average Joe got pulled over for a DUI and said they were an alcoholic, would they have been given a choice of either treatment or a ticket/mandatory court appearance?  One can only guess at how lenient he was/was not, when he was the cop who caught someone else breaking this self same law...  If all he got, was ...more

Here's the question people should be asking themselves.  If this cop was patrolling and caught SOMEONE ELSE who was guilty of a DUI, how would he have handled it?  By the law we're all supposing/hoping.   For him to expect to receive different treatment by the law, on a personal level then he administered as a LEA is...more

Suing the PD, because one gets fired for committing a DUI in the squad car, is no better then someone suing McDonalds for getting fat from eating too many hamburgers, or suing the cable company on grounds that offering "too many channels" discourages them from getting outside as they seek compensation for lost life.  ...more
