In the US, too many regulations, too many unions, too much EPA, too much OSHA, too many lawyers and lawsuits, too many taxes, too much spending  - all that in addition to too many employees who think they are entitled. Yes - corporations are going overseas. Big surprise.

Poverty DID win - the nation is now broke - $16 trillion in debt and growing, $100 trillion in unfunded (empty) promises with certain anarchy on the horizon. Self-serving politicians were financial idiots with public funds simply to secure for themselves another term in office.

What's the big ado? Obama's records are all sealed - college transcripts, applications, Harvard Law Review, income sources traveling all over the world as a teenager with no visible means of support. Banging on Romney for transparency by the Obama crowd is hypocrisy to the nth degree.
