Aside from marketing tactics has anyone heard if the Windows 7 OS can be upgraded to Windows 8?  Mine is Nokia Lumia 710.  I like the size and look of the phone but its always cool to get upgraded versions.  Nokia is saying NO OS upgrade unfortunately.

the credit lending does need reformed.  How stupid is it that a consumer gets dinged for shopping around and applying to different credit cards?  they tell you the parameters for the card but you dont know if you'll get it unless you apply?  Moreover, a couple of days late and you get financially molested.

This is a drama article exposing extreme trucker behavior and dumb driver behavior.  Most truckers drive fine and I'm glad to give them the right of way.  My only gripe is that more autos need to use the right lane to drive slow...  Stay out of the left lane if you want to drive the speed limit.
