quite few years ago i had a savings and checking acoount with a big bank . i overdrafted by $5.00 and they didnt offer overdraft protection and charged me $45 dollars. If banks were looking out for you they wouldnt allow overdraft or they should offer overdraft protection. Do away with these ridiculous charges. Banks are  as bad as airline ridicolous fees.

when poeple make 10 dollars an hour you buy what you can afford

my wife got a job at target  and is getting mininium wage without benefits and its not just walmart.Try just about every retail store.
