If rear crashes and side crashes are the most common crashes, one would think that such collisions would be the first tested, and not ignored in favor of front collisions.

But whose fault insurance fraud, the companies who permit it, or the companies who do it?   It would be interesting to see the breakdown between individuals and companies who receive most of the funds that insurance companies are deemed to be providers of. It could be enlightening.

Whether it's a human or a police dog, taxpayer dollars invested in training is important so taxpayers do not waste money by poor decisionmaking, either in redundancy hiring, or in cost cutting. Cost-benefit analysis may be just as important, or more important, in determining an effective police force, in dogs or humans...more

If rent, the 1986 Tax Code provides that collected up front last month's rent is considered rent when collected.
